Understanding HOME & HTF Program Requirements

The New HOME Final Rule changes are set to release on April 20, 2025, so there is no better time to register for MLCM’s upcoming HOME & HTF Training.

This virtual informative session will provide guidance on the newly released HOME final rule and cover the basics of the Federal Home and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) program requirements. This training is designed for property managers, asset managers, developers, owners, and other interested persons working in the affordable housing industry that want to learn and understand how to work with these programs and stay in compliance at your property.

During this session, you will learn not only the requirements of the HOME & HTF programs, but we will discuss the differences and similarities between the programs.

In addition, class participants will gain the knowledge in understanding affordability periods and income requirements for both programs, understanding the PHFA monitoring and compliance requirements for both programs, and gain the insight to recognize the similarities and differences between the programs.
