About Susie
Susie joined MLCM as a Compliance Manager in December 2022. A veteran in her field, Susie has over 20 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining MLCM she was a Senior Compliance Manager at RELATED Management Company overseeing compliance for 16,000 units spanning over ten states. Susie also was a Senior Housing Management Representative at PHFA for over 11 years. She holds multiple accreditations including HCCP, TaCC, CPM, ARE, and C3P. She is well versed in the compliance requirements of the LIHTC, HOME, HTF, RD, and HUD programs.
Susie enjoys the flexibility that working at MLCM provides. She is able to work remotely but still has the opportunity to work from the office on days needed. This helps Susie easily maintain life/work balance.
Outside the office Susie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and minidoodle. She loves to go camping in her RV and spend summers boating at the lake. When she is not able to be outdoors you will find her baking up some of her famous Tres Leches Cake or homemade peanut brittle.
