About Jennifer

Jennifer is currently a Compliance Manager and has been with MLCM since 2022. She has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing starting as a property manager in 2002 to now offering expertise and guidance in various industry topics. In addition to the LIHTC program, she is our go to for the HUD Section 8 program, vouchering, the TRACS system and technical support in affordable housing.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys gardening, birdwatching, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Keep Perspective: Because when you’re dealing with a situation or problem that you can’t get past, there is always someone to help you see it from a different perspective.
