And when exactly is the right time to do some spring cleaning and finally shred old documents?

From your temporary Certificate of Occupancy all the way to the final day of your Extended Use Period, you’ll learn how to maintain the optimal file and property documents so that a desk audit is never a fear again.

LIHTC Basics Workshop

This one-day Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) workshop is specially designed for property managers, office staff or other persons new to working in LIHTC.  It is also beneficial to seasoned managers and staff to refresh their current knowledge and learn about the most recent and ever-changing regulations regarding HOTMA (Housing Opportunities Through Modernization Act of 2016).  It affects all facets of affordable housing, including LIHTC, and it is important that front-line staff are trained in regard to these changes.

Understanding the 2025 HOME Final Rule (Rental)

This virtual training will cover the important operational compliance changes for rental housing found in the new 2025 HOME Final Rule and is perfect for HOME Agencies and Owner/Agents with HOME site compliance responsibilities. The HOME Final Rule was released on January 6, 2025, and became effective on April 20, 2025. During this session, the focus will be on the following primary areas of the new HOME Final Rule: Income Determination Methods; Tenant Based Rental Assistance and Rent Limits; Utility Allowances; and Tenant Protection and Lease Requirements.
