Keep Perspective: Our core value of ‘keep perspective” embraces the idea of balance and of acknowledging that work, while important, is just one aspect of what defines us. It resonates with me in a similar way to the concept of The EOS Life (Gino Wickman), which lays out a vision for a professional career that allows you to do work that you love with people you love working with while making a huge difference, and also creating time to pursue other passions. MLCM embraces this idea that success needs to be found both within and outside of work, and people who find success here have the ability to keep that perspective.

Michael Hoffner — MLCM

One reason I enjoy working at MLCM is because of the teams I get to work with on a daily basis and knowing that we are all focused on making a difference in the clients we work with, the communities in which we live, and the people that we work alongside every day.
