About Becky
Becky joined MLCM in September 2025 as a Housing Compliance Consultant. She has extensive experience in the affordable housing industry, beginning her career in property management as both an on-site manager and resident services coordinator before transitioning into compliance. Becky specializes in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, having served as Director of LIHTC Compliance for new construction projects in New Jersey. Her background also includes involvement in development and new construction projects as well as acquisition/rehabilitation projects in multiple states along the East Coast.
Prior to joining MLCM, Becky was a Department Manager for a nationwide affordable housing compliance firm, where she oversaw file reviews for LIHTC, HOME, HTF, HUD, RD, and local funding programs. This experience gave her hands-on knowledge of layered funding compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
